3 Weeks

So I read somewhere online (a reliable source right?) that if you stick to a plan three weeks straight it'll become apart of your daily routine and you'll get used to doing the plan that it would be weird not to do the plan. At least I think thats what it was. Nevertheless I have tried so many times to keep things going for over three weeks so that it could become a part of my daily routine. It has failed me every. single. time. 
Here's a list of my failures:
  • Blog #1- stopped after 2 days 
  • Going to the gym- I actually never went 
  • Doing a nightly excise routine- This suprisingly lasted for the two weeks leading up to prom, but it didn't help. I actually gained weight (as in flubber) rather than gain muscle. After prom, I stopped 
  • Blog #2- this blog was for class so I didn't really care about it, but I never made weekly posts like I was supposed to 
  • Blog #3- I made the domain and then I stopped 
  • This blog- I've done this for two days and I have not failed (yet) 
I'm living the best that I can and I hope that this blog will portray that.
